More US states are loosening lockdown measures as the death toll in the country passes 54,000 and health officials say more testing and contact tracing are needed.
Colorado, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana and Tennessee will join the first group of states as the US’s jobless rate rises to 16 percent or higher.
