EXCLUSIVE:\u00a0<\/strong>Joe Biden’s head of strategic communications, Kamau M. Marshall, has repeatedly posted sexist messages on social media over the past decade, beginning with a Christmas Eve 2011 tweet\u00a0in which he expressed his affection for “power women” \u2013\u00a0as long as\u00a0she “know[s] her place” and he can “where\u00a0[sic] the pants.”<\/p>\n

The social media posts are the latest example of a top Biden staffer undercutting the former vice president’s public messaging. On Friday, Fox News reported<\/a> that a supervising videographer on the campaign, Sara Pearl, openly called for defunding the police and tweeted a meme mocking\u00a0officers as worse than “pigs” \u2013\u00a0even as Biden says he only wants some money “redirected”<\/a> from police departments.<\/p>\n

Within minutes of this story’s publication, Marshall deleted many of the tweets cited in this article, but Fox News retained screenshots. The Biden team has declined to offer any comment on the posts by either\u00a0Marshall and Pearl, and Marshall did not respond to an emailed request for comment prior to this story’s publication.<\/p>\n

Unlike Pearl’s messages, Marshall’s posts are from a senior campaign official \u2013\u00a0and appear to be part of a long-running pattern.<\/p>\n

In early 2012, Marshall\u00a0inquired<\/a>: “Are all women crazy???? Lol no offense ijs [I’m just saying].”<\/p>\n

Later that year, he opined<\/a>,\u00a0“Nice guys finish last because they make sure their girl comes first.”<\/p>\n

In August 2013, Marshall observed<\/a>, “It’s unattractive when a girl doesn’t act classy & does not know how to control her feelings.”<\/p>\n

In 2012, he wrote<\/a>: “@kimberlyjaneece I disagree-I try not look at __or impress__Personally speaking-I enjoy the challenge & I only look & talk to CLASSY Women.”<\/p>\n

After actor\u00a0Bill Cosby\u00a0was arraigned on sexual assault charges, Marshall\u00a0wrote on Dec.\u00a031, 2015, that “It’s not a coincidence that Cosby can be arraigned on allegations, yet countless police officers who gun down black bodies aren’t indicted.”<\/p>\n

Minutes later, Marshall apparently quoted someone saying that the Cosby arraignment was “about a strategic agenda that is pervasive and unrelenting.”<\/p>\n

Marshall has also advised<\/a> “sour, angry women” to “Keep your distance…Don’t take it out on the next man.”<\/p>\n

“Who ever my future Girl Friend\/Wife is…it will be a partnership\/mutual…I kinda like Powerful Women,” he added<\/a>. “They turn me on…lol.”<\/p>\n

Indeed, Marshall wrote in 2011:\u00a0“As long as my woman looks good & turns me on..she pretty much can have whatever she wants from me.”<\/p>\n

Marshall was hired by the campaign in April 2019, according to his LinkedIn profile, and previously worked in Democratic congressional politics. In an interview last year with PR Week<\/a>, Marshall remarked, \u201cIn all honesty, I don\u2019t have a regrettable career moment. It hasn\u2019t been perfect, but it hasn\u2019t been bad either. If anything, I would say I had some great teachable moments where I\u2019ve learned and gotten better. Also, I\u2019m still getting better with time.”<\/p>\n

The Biden campaign didn’t respond to Fox News’ request for comment on Tuesday concerning Marshall’s posts. The Biden campaign also still hasn’t responded to Fox News’ reporting last week<\/a>\u00a0about its\u00a0anti-police campaign videographer,\u00a0Sara Pearl.<\/p>\n

BIDEN SAYS SOME FUNDING SHOULD ‘ABSOLUTELY’ BE REDIRECTED FROM POLICE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pearl\u00a0tweeted<\/a>\u00a0a meme\u00a0in June\u00a0that urged people to stop calling the police “pigs” \u2013\u00a0but only because unlike the police, pigs are\u00a0“highly intelligent\u00a0and empathetic animals who would never racially profile you.”\u00a0Pearl, also retweeted a user’s comment that while “pigs are sweet, intelligent and compassionate,” police officers are “monsters” who “don’t deserve to be called pigs.”<\/p>\n

On June 1, Pearl tweeted simply, “#DefundPolice.” Days later, she\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0Buffalo’s police department should be “defunded immediately.”<\/p>\n

Fox News\u00a0also reached out to Pearl for comment. Pearl did not reply, but she deleted all of these tweets shortly afterward.<\/p>\n

GOP STUNNED BY BIDEN CAMPAIGN SILENCE ON ANTI-POLICE TWEETS BY TOP STAFFER<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The lack of response from the Biden team surprised conservatives.<\/p>\n

“Joe Biden can\u2019t stand up to his supporters or staff who are calling to Defund the Police. Scary!” wrote\u00a0Richard Grenell, Trump’s former acting director of national intelligence, after this article was first published.<\/p>\n

“The Biden campaign didn\u2019t respond to when given the chance,” Grenell added.\u00a0“Why wouldn\u2019t the Biden campaign immediately say ‘of course we don\u2019t support this!’??!”<\/p>\n

Pearl is one of several Biden staffers to openly advocate for defunding the nation’s police departments \u2013 a position Biden says he opposes. Matthew Foldi\u00a0with the Congressional Leadership Fund, a PAC backing House GOP candidates, flagged Pearl’s tweets last week, as well as several additional posts “liked” and reposted on Twitter by other Biden staffers.<\/p>\n

‘SECURITY RISKS’? BIDEN’S PAST RECORD ON GAY RIGHTS INCLUDES HEAD-TURNING QUOTES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

For example, Hannah Bristol, a Biden youth vote staffer, has retweeted and “liked” several posts calling for the defunding of D.C. police.\u00a0Molly Doris-Pierce, Biden’s disability director, has “liked” similar messages.<\/p>\n

In response to criticism from the Trump campaign, Democratic National Committee communications director\u00a0Xochitl Hinojosa<\/a>\u00a0asserted on “Bill Hemmer Reports<\/a>” last Thursday that Biden\u00a0“does not support defunding the police.”<\/p>\n

The Biden campaign has said the same thing.<\/p>\n

However, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee said in a recent interview that some funding should\u00a0\u201cabsolutely\u201d be redirected<\/a>\u00a0from police\u00a0budgets.<\/p>\n

In June, Biden\u00a0attended a high-roller fundraiser<\/a>\u00a0headlined by musician John Legend, who has\u00a0openly promised<\/a>\u00a0that\u00a0he’ll try to push the former vice president toward\u00a0totally defunding law enforcement and adopting other far-left\u00a0positions.<\/p>\n

Last Wednesday, Trump\u00a0received the endorsement of the\u00a0National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), which\u00a0praised his \u201csteadfast and very public support\u201d for law enforcement. NAPO did not endorse a candidate in the 2016 election but endorsed former President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Biden\u00a0in both the 2008 and 2012 elections.<\/p>\n

When asked\u00a0how the NAPO endorsement of Trump would impact Biden’s campaign,\u00a0Hinojosa said, “I think right now, Joe Biden is\u00a0making sure that he is someone\u00a0who is talking directly to\u00a0Americans about how to keep them\u00a0safe and making sure we are\u00a0rebuilding this trust.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
