WAYZATA, Minn.– The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) says the Wayzata-based Meridian Manor assisted living center is transferring around 40 of its residents after both citizens and staff ended up being ill with COVID-19
The locals will be moved to other centers that are sufficient for their care needs, according to MDH.
MDH states, “the primary reason for the move was to guarantee patient safety and care since a bulk of personnel and administration are ill and unable to look after homeowners.”
