In addition, the DPH confirmed 17 new COVID-19-related deaths across the state, bringing the state’s confirmed coronavirus death toll to 8,201.

In addition to the total of 106,664 confirmed cases in Massachusetts, health officials also reported 182 new probable cases for a total of 6,574 probable cases

As of Saturday, 499 patients with the coronavirus were hospitalized in Massachusetts. Of those patients, 86 were reported to be in an intensive care unit.
