The Navy’s top brass recommended the reinstatement of Capt. Brett Crozier as commander of the USS Theodore Roosevelt to Defense Secretary Mark Esper. Crozier was dismissed for writing a letter begging for help for his crew after a coronavirus outbreak on the aircraft carrier.
