Jay Inslee unveiled the next phase in his “plan” to reopen Washington’s economy.
Gov. Inslee’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order has officially expired and each county in Washington state is either in Phase 1 or Phase 2 of reopening. It is up to each county to apply to move forward in the reopening process. Currently, there are 26 counties in Phase 2 and 13 in Phase 1, including King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
