After database issues prevented Santa Clara County from providing a coronavirus upgrade on Tuesday, the county’s Public Health Department has released updated COVID-19 data that covers a two-day span.<\/p>\n

Santa Clara County has recorded an integrated 127 new cases of COVID-19 and 5 more coronavirus deaths given that the last upgrade was supplied on Monday at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

Fifty-six of the confirmed cases and four of the COVID-19 deaths would have been announced on Tuesday. Public health authorities included 71 new verified cases and one extra death in their upgrade on Wednesday, bringing the number of favorable tests in Santa Clara County to 1,793 and the countywide death toll to 65.<\/p>\n

No other city in Santa Clara County has recorded more than 100 coronavirus cases, but Sunnyvale depends on 97 with the city of Santa Clara at 78 and Palo Alto following with62 Other cities in the county with a minimum of 25 cases consist of Milpitas (57), Mountain View (37), Gilroy (35), Morgan Hill (31) and Campbell (28).<\/p>\n

Los Gatos (23), Los Altos (21) and Cupertino (21) all have at least 20 confirmed cases, while Los Altos Hills, Saratoga and Monte Sereno each have 10 or less confirmed cases.<\/p>\n

Of the 1,793 verified cases in Santa Clara County, 49 percent of the positive tests have actually been registered by people aged 50 or more youthful. Of the 65 individuals who have actually passed away in the county after contracting COVID-19, just 7 were aged 50 or younger and 40 were at least 71 years of ages.<\/p>\n
