Joe Biden<\/a>‘s campaign has “put all their eggs in the debate basket” after the Democratic nominee kept a low profile<\/a> for\u00a0much of the summer,\u00a0Sean Hannity claimed Monday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe his campaign team \u2013 they are seeing what we all see,\u201d said the \u201cHannity<\/a>\u201d host, who noted that the former vice president’s campaign\u00a0wrapped up its public events before 10 a.m. ET on 12 separate days in September.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey see that he is weak, they see that he is frail,” Hannity added. “They see him struggling cognitively. His staff, they made a very conscious decision to hide him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden’s staff were able to do this, the host argued, with the help of the\u00a0\u201ccorrupt media mob\u201d who deflected any potential conversation about the nominee’s stamina or cognition while the candidate himself\u00a0memorized debate responses and \u201cattack lines\u201d against the president for weeks on end.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Biden campaign felt it was too risky to put him out on the campaign trail, so they put all their eggs in the debate basket,\u201d Hannity\u00a0said. \u201cAnd we\u2019ll see\u2026 how well that strategy of studying all summer long has worked out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Turning to the debate itself, Hannity predicted Americans would hear\u00a0\u201call talk\u201d and new promises from Biden that would\u00a0never come to fruition, similar to his performance as vice president.<\/p>\n

\u201cWorst of all, he\u2019s now controlled by the radical base of his party and they\u2019re bragging about controlling him,\u201d he said. \u201cIf elected, he will carry out their bidding.
